TV screen diagonal (inches) × 1.5 to 2.5 = Viewing distance (inches)
40 inch TV: 60–100 inch distance = 5–8 feet
50 inch TV: 75–125 inch = 6.25–10.4 feet
65 inch TV: 97–162 inch = 8–13.5 feet
