📖 "It Looked Good in My Head!"...
Riya bought yellow paint, a green sofa, and a red rug. When all three things came together in the living room, it looked like a clown's tent! 🤡
Riya had seen everything separately, never together. This is why professional designers never buy a single nail without creating a Moodboard first!

What is a Moodboard?
A moodboard is a visual collage of all your inspirations, colors, furniture screenshots, and textures. It helps you see if "A" actually looks good with "B"!
How to Create Your Own Digital Moodboard (For Free):
- Open Canva.com: Create a free account. Search for "Moodboard" or open a blank A4 canvas.
- Add Inspiration: Place 2-3 room photos you love from Pinterest in one corner.
- Color Palette: Draw 3-4 small circles at the bottom and fill them with your colors (remember the 60-30-10 rule?).
- Add Furniture: Take screenshots of furniture you like from Amazon, Pepperfry, or IKEA. (Use Canva's 'Background Remover' tool to remove the background from the furniture — it's magic!)
- Textures: Add images of your sofa fabric, wooden floor, and curtains.
📐 The Moodboard Test:
When you put everything on one page, you will instantly realize: "Oh, this sofa looks too dark next to this rug!" or "There's a lack of brass here."
Making changes on a moodboard before going shopping is free. Returning the wrong furniture is a nightmare!
