Order of Action — How to start your home makeover?
Whether you are redesigning one room or an entire house, always follow this order:
Step 1: Assessment and Audit
Measure the room (Day 2). Identify what is not working. Determine your budget and lifestyle needs.

Step 2: Inspiration and Moodboard
Choose your design style (Days 46-49). Collect images from Pinterest and build a moodboard in Canva (Day 53). Lock in your 60-30-10 color palette (Day 8).

The Final Layering (The Fun Part!)
Once the civil work is done, your home is a blank canvas. Now the magic begins:
- Bring in the Large Furniture (Anchors): Sofa, beds, dining table.
- Lay down the Rugs: This will establish your Zoning (Day 50).
- Window Treatments: Hang your curtains high and wide (Day 43).
- Turn on the Lights: Warm LED lamps and accent lights (Day 11).
- Texture and Art: Add cushions (Rule of 3 - Day 41), plants (Day 45), and hang your artworks at the 57-inch height (Day 44).
📐 A Home is Never "Done"!
Interior design is not a project that finishes on a specific day. Your home grows with you. As you age, travel, and make new memories — your home will reflect those stories. Don't chase perfection, chase personality!

The great 19th-century designer William Morris said:
"Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful."
This is the greatest truth in all of interior design!
